Sgt Grant at the Circus: GET LAWYERS, Sgt Grant at the Circus

We had already worked it out with our lawyer from the ACLU and the captain of the Civil Affairs Unit of the Philadelphia Police that we had the right to demonstrate against the Circus inside the armory since it was government property. However, Sgt. Grant refused to protect our right and instead repeatedly sided with the circus personnel to try to intimidate us into moving outside of the parking lot. The first night the Circus lied and said the State police were on their way to arrest us, so we moved. The next night, we decided to call their bluff and did NOT move. No state police ever arrived, and we gave out hundreds of leaflets inside the Armory (no thanks to Civil Affairs, the "specially trained" officers who are supposed to be "completely neutral" when it comes to demonstrations.)
