An activist lawyer, a non-conformist political and human rights crusader, and worse still an ear-stud donning African male was until recently the least of the possible choices for Chief Justice of the Republic of Kenya. But tonight, it is almost a forgone conclusion that Dr. Mutunga will be chief justice. And as NTV's Jane Kiyo reports, a confident Mutunga is already looking beyond the stud.
